3..2..1.. Action!

I have decided I am going to try my hand at creating a book trailer.  I hope to have it done in about 2 weeks at the very most and I plan to have the first draft of my novel Released done in 3 weeks.  Then during the time that I must set aside I am going to work on my cover, however, I am also going to put my feelers out for some cover artists as well, just to see what other possibilities are available.  I am not going to count anything out.  I am anxious to get this book finished in its first stages, but am trying to take my time as well.  I also want to work on updating the background for my blog, but I might wait on that until I have a book cover established.  I hope everyone is doing well in their writing journeys.

    Why did you change your page background to red with white text? It burns my eyes :(

    I was messing around with it, just experimenting and now I can't remember what color it was before. lol Can you?

    Megan- I had an awesome cover artist. if you want his info, let me know. his rates were crazy cheap. And I also just added you to my blog list, wanted you to know. dont know why I hadnt yet.

    Good luck on the trailer! What software are you using?

    You should check out this artist's page. She does AMAZING covers. She is who I will use when I get to the cover point. And I believe she is very affordable too.

    megan- my cover artist is Mike Anderson. His email is hpthotshotzphotography@gmail.com. Check him out on facebook and see some of his other work too. I only paid around $100 for my cover!

    He does all the formatting and graphics and he's reformatting it now for CreateSpace, since the requirements are different for that than for Kindle. Be sure to tell him I sent you. =)
